Cancelation/ Deposit Policy
All reservations are to be guaranteed with Credit card or advance payment or through company deposit, the hotel is authorized to charge no show retentions or charges per reservation in case of non-arrival of guest. Reservation can be cancelled without any charge 72 Hours in advance of check-in date unless specified differently in standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by the hotel. Certain reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable, in all such case Credit card is charged at the time of booking/reservation. Entire stay amount including taxes will be charged in case of late cancellation or No show.
